Until Feb 12, the phpcs job was green. Since Feb 13, not anymore: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/cdn/-/jobs/801094. That's due to https://www.drupal.org/project/coder/releases/8.3.23 → , specifically due to ✨ Add sniff for declare(strict_types=1); Needs review .
