After the migration from Swift mailer to Symfony mailer in 12 update site doesn't send emails to users and in logs i have the following error message:
Error sending email: Expected response code "250/251/252" but got code "550", with message "550 relay not permitted".
BUT i get test emails when they are sent to emails on site domain (email@sitedomain.org)
I followed these steps

Problem didn't disappear
Does anyone face same issue or have any clue how to fix it?
