During testing I found that the import fails if the value is empty/blank. So I added a check for non-null to the plugin.

Hi @wjackson @earthday47 Thank you for the patch! Your contribution is greatly appreciated. With this fix, we can now integrate the Feeds import with content that includes fields from the Simple Time Field module.
