Enforce API token accessibility before usage

Problem/Motivation

As this module requires to have Packthub API token configured to make use of it, I think it will be great to ensure that token is available before anything that to say when admin tries to access /admin/config/packt/dashboard or /admin/config/packt/content-type-form these page should not be accessed if not token is set. as they both requires token to be available in system.

Good catch !!
It's important to ensure the Packthub API token is properly configured before accessing certain admin pages. This will help prevent any potential issues and ensure the smooth functioning of the system.

This would be a pretty good feature for the module.
