Problem when saving a view including webform workflow element filter

Fixed with a patch.

This patch includes also a new line to follow coding standards.

Please do not use the patches above, as they might delete the config for the module.
The problem of that module is, that the schema file was not named as modulename.views.schema.yml.

Sorry, to clarify, should views.filter.schema.yml in webform_workflows_element_views be renamed to webform_workflow_element_views.views.schema.yml?
