Add blog.horizontaldigital.com to Planet Drupal

We had previously been on Drupal Planet and had been removed during a dry spell in publishing. Our team has grown since, and we're going to be putting out more consistent posts. We published this new post today https://blog.horizontaldigital.com/solving-issues-cicd-pipelines-and-com... and have several more in the queue.

The feed does not pass validation.

An error is shown from Firefox too.

I’ll review and correct, thank you. I’d run validation before submitting but it looks like a new blog post had some weirdness creep through.

I've fixed the validation error on the new blog post, there was an @nbsp; in the summary. I'm implementing a fix on the feed to make sure these don't get passed through in the future

I added the feed to Planet Drupal ( https://www.drupal.org/aggregator/sources/2060 → ).
