Direct link to file not working in summary field

Problem/Motivation

When using CKeditor 5 in a summary field via a patch in the issue https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2671162 ✨ Also use text editor (CKEditor) for "summary" of a text field Needs work , a direct link to the file in a media item is not working. The link points to the media item. Creating a link to the same media item in the body field renders the link as it should, pointing to the file instead of the media item.

Steps to reproduce

• Enable the summary field on a node
• Use CKeditor 5
• Apply patch → in composer.json file on Drupal version 10.2.3
• Create a link to the media file in the summary field
