There is no window for entering new comments

The problem disappears when I turn off Combining CSS files and Merge JavaScript files. As described in this issue - https://www.drupal.org/project/adaptivetheme/issues/3389969#comment-1534... 🐛 ThemeConfig not found Active . What is the reason? Thanks

Hi @Gogigigo, I've tested this on Drupal 10 with Adaptive theme but I can see the comment window, attaching the screenshot for the same.
