Constrain block in Olivero

To get the terms to wrap in the block I used:

.tagclouds-term {
    padding-right: 10px;
    display: inline-block;
}

Dane Powell → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

I'm not sure if this is the best technical fix or not, but I can confirm it works and I opened an MR.
