Styling of Recent Posts block on Community pages

Hopefully there should be an existing block of styles to add white space between items, as we do in other sidebar lists like this, that can have another selector added.

I couldn't find any block that could be reused here. Most of the matches with margin would be against <li> elements or nested with other selectors.

I added a new section for the id #recent-posts which doesn't seem to be used anywhere.
