Image styles: Keep changes when editing a style where you delete and change order

Hello and thanks for the image styles system,

It give us site builders the ability to make very complicated changes in images.
And in core! No need of another module :)

Problem/Motivation

I want to contribute to make usability better, in this case a small detail.
When editing a image style if you change the order and then delete one effect, you loose the order change.
To avoid that, you have to be saving.
When you have many to make, it can be an hour saving...
And it is a repetitive boring thing also :)

Steps to reproduce

• Edit a style
• Add several effects
• Change the effect order
• Delete one of the styles that you didn't move.
• The order is lost

Proposed resolution

That the order is kept when deleting.
