Add search_parameters in configuration to query on search endpoint

My need is to retrieve germplasm filtered on a list of collections. This is possible by calling the endpoint : brapi/v2/search/germplasm.
The search endpoint is already used in the loadMultiple method. It could also be used in query and countQuery methods. This requires managing a new parameter to specify the request body.
