Allow width configuration to be set to 100%

Problem/Motivation

Current configuration only allows for setting Integer values to be set when using non responsive mode
Spotify's native embed feature allows setting relative percentage width to allow responsive behaviour when also setting a fixed pixel value for height. See attached screenshot.

Width and height is managed by video_embed_field. Use the Responsive Video option in the manage display settings of the field.
