Error when the theme logo is not set

Quick and dirty patch

Check above MR.

I've tested shared MR- MR !6 mergeable on Drupal version- 10.2.4-dev. The patch was applied successfully and looks good to me.

Testing Steps:

• Add/download Module "SimpleLogin".
• Go to Theme settings & Remove Logo.
• Log Out from Admin & go to the logIn page. Before patch error attached.
• Download this share MR and Apply.
• Go back to the Login page & Re-verify this

Testing Results:
After applying the patch, the unexpected error was resolved & I was able to log in successfully. Added after result. RTBC++
