‘Check content in these containers’ textfield should be allow more than 128 characters

Problem/Motivation

Currently the maximum size of text in ‘Check content in these containers’ is 128 characters. This should be set to unlimited. CSS selectors can have many characters or sites can have many different selectors they need to use.

Steps to reproduce

Step 1: Go go admin/config/content/editoria11y
Step 2: Try to add more than 128 characters in 'Check content in these containers' field. Only 128 characters have been entered.

I'll take a look. Hopefully it's just the field setting and not the DB config, but either way I'll fix it for the next release.
