Modal overwrites another one

Problem/Motivation

I had a node edit form opened in a ctools modal window and there was an IEF field that also opened ctools modal to select field value. The problem is that the original modal got overwritten by the second one.

Proposed resolution

The solution was to save the previous modal into "stack" (hidden div, so events would not be destroyed). And later restore it.

It's enabled with flag in the provided patch, doesn't apply to all modals automatically.
