The menu script looks for .block-cheeseburgermenu, which is not found.
The core block template has no class to target.
Claro/classy and starterkit_theme have:
'block-' ~ configuration.provider|clean_class,
'block-' ~ plugin_id|clean_class,
That would be .block-cheeseburger-menu.
But maybe we should use a custom class to target, by adding a template?
