May need another followup to do something similar with footer menu that we did for header.
Got myself confused with the Menu settings has " Duplicate parent menu items as first item in dropdowns." so not sure what was needed for header. Removed that 1 setting but kept make "megamenu" which is more needed with this approach then before.
