Don't delete View configuration when uninstalling VBO

Problem/Motivation

I just enabled this module and added the VBO field to a pre-existing View I had to test a feature fixed by one of the latest versions of this module.
After uninstalling VBO my View has gone (both from the UI and from config export), and reinstalling the module is NOT bringing it back.

This is not how it works with other contrib modules: the field would just be missing and the View would throw a warning.
