PHP warning because there is no .module file

This message is seen in the latest log messages:

Warning: include_once(): Failed opening 'httpdocs/modules/contrib/jquery_ui_accordion/jquery_ui_accordion.module' for inclusion (include_path=...) in include_once() (line 148 of httpdocs/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Extension/Extension.php)

Steps to reproduce

Install jquery_ui_accordion 2.0.0 in the latest Drupal 9.

Proposed resolution

Add a valid PHP file jquery_ui_accordion.module without any function in it.
