Allow !important modifier

Problem/Motivation

Tailwind allows adding a ! modifier to utilities, which gives them the !important CSS property (https://tailwindcss.com/docs/configuration#important-modifier). However, classes starting with ! are not recognized as tailwind classes by the middleware.
