null in nodeaccess_node_access_records() & Undefined array key NodeAccessHelper

We were encountering 2 issues when updating nodes and adding users to nodes.

Trying to access array offset on null in nodeaccess_node_access_records() (line 81 of modules/contrib/nodeaccess/nodeaccess.module).

Warning: Undefined array key "authenticated" in Drupal\nodeaccess\NodeAccessHelper->Drupal\nodeaccess\{closure}() (line 150 of modules/contrib/nodeaccess/src/NodeAccessHelper.php).

The attached patch resolves them both.
