Add support for setting element defaults

Problem/Motivation

Currently, if you want to disable a certain feature for all elements, you have to open the fieldset of every element type and uncheck it manually.

Proposed resolution

It would be useful to offer a place with all common features and the ability to uncheck them for all element types at once.
