Bubble context to nested layouts

Problem/Motivation

If I place a Field Block from the Node on the Page, I can't later move it into a Layout Block. Once it is placed in the Layout Block I get the placeholder text because the Entity Context is no longer available. Similarly I can't see the Content Fields of the Node when I am editing a Layout Block.

Proposed resolution

Bubble the Node's context to the Layout Block.
