Multiple, specific locations (lat, lon) for different users?

I'm building a site to connect different animal shelters, humane societies, etc. together and would love to feature a weather advisory block to notify staff and the public about the current weather conditions at each location. Is it currently possible to collect each location's latlon or address and then show the weather specific to each one?
