Accpeted translation shows "Inactive" state

Problem/Motivation

We has some content translation in "Needs review" state I believe because someone had edited the original source language content before the translation was complete and accepted (set to auto accept). So we aborted the translation job and re-submitted for translation. Now, while the translation has completed and shows as accepted, it shows in the translate tab with a red triangle indicating it as inactive and you cannot select language to re-submit for translation (see image).

Steps to reproduce

• Submit content for translation.
• Edit that content before translation occurs and is accepted (or just find a job that is in "Needs review" state).
• Abort that translation.
• Go to the translate tab of the content to be translated, select the language needing translation and click "Request translation" & submit it.
• Once accepted, go back to the node translate tab and see the red triangle indicating "Inactive".

I'm not certain if this is a bug or if I'm just missing something here, so any insight would be appreciated.
