Crown Logo is changing as of 19th of February

Problem/Motivation

We've just been notified from our Central Gov contacts that the crown logo is changing as of 19th Feb.
The crown now has three dots either side of the cross instead of 4 to represent King Charles.
I have the relevant SVGs if needed to push this forward.

Steps to reproduce

Look at the Crown Logo in the header tpl. It's embedded in the twig file as svg code.

Proposed resolution

Replace SVG code in components/header twig.
Process .png respective images from SVG
