Allow Migration / Import of URL Query Parameters

Problem/Motivation

I have attempted to Migrate / Import some redirect in the following format and found that the URL query parameters are not imported for the destination URL.

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to import a redirect like so,

/tabtopic?qt-tabs_topic=3 /tabtopic?qt-tabs_topic=connect

The destination URL is just /tabtopic

Proposed resolution

Allow Query Parameter to be imported to the destination URL.

Remaining tasks

Find where in the code this is happening and work towards resolution.
