Grant new user role demo doesn't work

Problem/Motivation

I am testing on D 9.5.11
I carefully studied the related video, downloaded the demo bpmn_io-eca_lib_0026.tar.gz (Grant new user role after 3 conditions are met) and after creating necessary fields in account setting created the new account.
The role is not changed, neither in creating the account nor in update.

What could it be? Everything seems perfect for functional
PS: no log messages

[SOLVED] I correct and apologize for the unnecessary post. I had done a quick local installation from scratch that I wanted to devote only to testing ECA...only I stupidly forgot to install Token :-(
It would never have worked without it
