Core Drupal fails to offer template suggestions for Custom Blocks.
This deficiency has been known for a while and a great deal of development has already taken place ✨ Template suggestions for custom block view modes Fixed . IMHO, the hot new feature of Drupal 11 will be killing this bug.
Therefore nothing needs to be done to Radix and this issue is self-closing. This ticket is only to serve as a warning to other developers so they don't waste their time trying to fix this bug within Radix.
