We need to be able to check inside js files what breakpoint we are on and be able to do checks easily against it.
Write an internal kinetic helper that exposes an interface with methods to find the current breakpoint, get the breakpoints, do things in these conditions (only, up, down) and provides the media query string for each of those to match whats in bootstrap.
