Drupal Media Image preview is breaking with JS error in CK5 Editor

What does the documentation link that is in the error output say about this?

A lot of sites do so without problems so there must be more steps to reproduce on a clean install of Drupal Core.

I have tried to insert an image into the WYSIWYG CKEditor within Drupal 10.2.x, with steps provided to reproduce, but got not issues. Please add more steps to reproduce. Please find attached video.

Thanks everyone for looking into it, but I found an issue with another custom module that passes all the JS requests through that particular module. I have bypassed the CK5 Editor module JS and things have started working as expected.
