Remove button is not center aligned also padding is not consistent.

@shweta__sharma, I've tested MR- MR !6 mergeable on Drupal version- 9.5.11. The patch was applied successfully and looks good to me. Sharing below the testing steps I have followed & results.

Testing Steps:

• Download/install the Theme "Root - Administration Drupal theme"
• Go to Structure> Content Type> Add media field to a content type.
• Go to Content> Add new content- Add image to the media field- added before result.
• Download this patch and Apply.
• Go back to the Content> Add new content- and re-verify this.

Testing Results:
After applying the patch, the Spacing issue of the "remove" button is fixed now, adding after result. RTBC++
