Same bundle name entities triggers the corresponding field

Problem/Motivation

If two bundles of different entitty have the same name, in /admin/config/user-interface/dynamic-breadcrumb/general-settings, the corresponding field will be triggered for both bundles if you check the box of any of them

Steps to reproduce

Go to /admin/config/user-interface/dynamic-breadcrumb/general-settings and click on the box of a bundle which has the same name has another bundle of another entity.
