How do I control alignment and columns / regions / blocks size?

Ok, I found how to set the columns size now. But I want the title to align to the left / right / center, also, the main navigation is always centered. If I want it to align to the left, what should I do?

The main navigation's default alignment is now set to the left. Additionally, a new option has been introduced in the menu region settings that allows centering the menu. If you download the development version, the menu will be aligned to the left by default.
Regarding the alignment of the title to the left, right, or center, this option isn't available in the settings. However, the theme includes a feature for injecting custom CSS for specific page elements.
