String vs Text module Comparisons

Problem/Motivation

I am maintainer of "String" module ( https://www.drupal.org/project/string → ) which helps to deal with a very similar problem space as "Text" module does. Albeit with a different architecture. This architecture difference brings in some awesome advantages in certain scenarios for each project. For example, "String" module focus on definition in code that moves along with codebase, While Text module defines strings as content that has to be managed likewise.

Document the use cases for Text vs String module to allow for better/quicker decision making among Site Builders/ Developers.
