I see no issues with this, but I haven't been a maintainer for this project since 2017 (or worked with Drupal since 2012). I asked to be removed, but people were either too polite or can't.

Hopefully, one of the current maintainers (SAVEL, pappuksingh, or mgzrobles) will weigh-in on your request.

If they don't within a few days, I'll add you myself. Maybe you can revoke my status as a maintainer!!

Akaoni, thank you for adding AstonVictor as a new maintainer. Moving Status to "Fixed".

As for removing yourself from the project's team (since you are no longer working with Drupal), a new owner for the project need to be found first. I can remove you if AstonVictor or any other existing maintainers agree to take ownership.
