Missing tabs on D10.2.2

Problem/Motivation

I'm not sure if this trouble is affecting only my site, but after updating to drupal core 10.2.2 I noticed there are missing tabs (update and uninstall) in extend section. I can still obtain it though by adding at the end of URL /update or /uninstall.

Steps to reproduce

Update to Drupal 10.2.2 with enabled gin admin theme and switch to extend section.
