Problem/Motivation

I'm finding the UI for adding any scheduled transitions can be a bit cluttered and overwhelming for non-technical users.

Quite often it's safe assume that the transition will always be scheduled for the latest revision, and potentially the transitions available to schedule may not need to be all transitions.

Steps to reproduce

Just create any multiple revisions for a single node and go to schedule a transition when many transitions are allowed.

Proposed resolution

Add the following config options:
1. Checkbox "Restrict scheduled transitions to only the latest revision"
2. Checkbox "Restrict transitions that can be scheduled". If ticked, then there's a list of checkboxes for all transitions.

Remaining tasks

Add the following config options:
1. Checkbox "Restrict scheduled transitions to only the latest revision"
2. Checkbox "Restrict transitions that can be scheduled". If ticked, then there's a list of checkboxes for all transitions.

User interface changes

1. The new checkboxes on the config page.
2. The UI for adding a transition can be reduced depending on the chosen options.
