Also FYI I was hoping to get ✨ Add stage_file_proxy stream wrapper Needs work in for 3.0.x but that seems to have stalled. I went ahead and dropped D9 + Drush 11 on the 3.0.x branch. So if a few more fixes come in may just do a 3.0.0 release with those. There are some deprecated stuff that needs to be replaced.
