Fix Exception Day support for 'Current day' formatter

Please try current dev version.
I recently fixed several errors in the sorting of days, and overriding weekdays by seasons and exceptions.

Forget my last comment.
Indeed, it does not work.
This means a) my testing is sloppy or b) I read issues badly or c) this module has too many features.

Following patch will correct the problem.
