Group entity reference field values always deep-cloned

Problem/Motivation

Groups can have entity reference fields. Entities referenced from those fields (be it media, taxonomy terms, etc..) are also cloned without any option not to clone them but preserve references (that should be the default behavior).

Proposed resolution

Introduce general config for those fields wether toclone entities or references only.
