Minimal integration ready in case anyone needs it, make sure core patch applies "3080606 - [PP-1] Reorder Layout Builder sections": " https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2023-05-30/3080606-100.patch → " & this issue related MR (apply both). Moving to "Postponed" as main feature is included into related issue & is into that state.
