Store an untamperable proof of user acceptance

Problem/Motivation

Even if we store a timestamp for each user-doc acceptance, we cannot prove the user signed it cause a site admin could easily add records.
Hence it would be nice to generate (& store) a hash produced in combination with the user password or some kind of asymmetric key to be prompted.
