This appears to be a failure that started in D10.2. I haven't tested manually, so I don't know if it's indicative of a real bug or if it's simply that an assertion needs to be modified to account for newer ajax error messaging in core or something like that. I want to say that I've noticed different ajax messaging in core lately.
