Link action on optionsets list is incorrect

Problem/Motivation

The text in the action on the option sets list is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce

1) Go to http://defaultdrupal.ddev.site/admin/config/media/paragraphs-gridstack
2) Check the button with the text "Add Paragraphs Gridstack".

Proposed resolution

1) Open paragraphs_gridstack.links.action.yml
2) Change "Add Paragraphs Gridstack" to "Add Gridstack Optionset"
3) Change "List Paragraph's Gridstacks" to "Gridstack Optionsets List"
