Include different modules as dev dependencies that are used in the integrations

Problem/Motivation

We have a support of exporting/importing different modules e.g. Paragraph, but it's hard to do development of the module if you do not have the modules available.

Proposed resolution

1. Require the following dev dependencies in the module's composer.json:

- drupal/paragraphs
- drupal/webform
- drupal/section_library
- drupal/metatag
- drupal/dynamic_entity_reference
- drupal/svg_image_field
