Remaining tasks

Review each of the following modules which were previously vetted and determined obsolete:

1. notify_log
2. oauth2_token_manager
3. onesignal
4. openlayers
5. panopoly_core
6. panopoly_demo
7. panopoly_images
8. panopoly_pages
9. panopoly_search
10. panopoly_test

For each module:

1. Find applicable snippet in D9 recommendations curated.json
2. Review the note to determine why it is obsolete
3. Review the status of the module + issues, currently
4. If there is a potential D10 solution, break out into child issue for further research
5. If module is still obsolete, make any necessary changes to note and add back to curated.json
