Access not updated for Node menu settings form

Problem/Motivation

If a user does not have the "Administer menus and menu links" permission, they do not get access to the "Menu settings" form on node create and edit pages for node bundles that have available menus. The access to this field should be updated if the user has the permission to add menu links to at least one menu available for the node menu settings field.

    Hi jayhuskins,

    This is how the module works. You need the "Administer menus and menu links" permission to edit menu's and items and you need the permissions from Simple Menu Permissions to specify which role can execute which operation on each menu.
