Get error when enabled and not setup

Problem/Motivation

Error while trying to save an article in Apple News: missing API key.

Steps to reproduce

I have not setup applenews
I get this error when i use drush to enable other modules, cron, etc.

Proposed resolution

I should only get the error when I am attempting to send an article to applewnews
